The word intrepid comes from the Latin intrepidus and means having the courage to move forward, to advance with steadiness, and to keep going.
The signature Intrepidus methodology was born from my love for hiking, because walking through nature taught me that every path has ups and downs, pauses and fresh starts, just like the journey of entrepreneurship

Seeing the business from above, understanding the whole, and identifying challenges and opportunities that guide the construction of the strategic action plan.
Mapping
Organizing the parts of the business, aligning the action plan built in Panorama, defining key areas, and recognizing the resources and limits of the current territory.
Aligning direction, values, and priorities based on the clarity that was built, defining conscious criteria for the decisions that come next.
Route
Designing the strategic path based on what was mapped, defining realistic goals, and beginning to implement decisions, including adjustments to communication, positioning, and the brand manual.
Shelter
Reviewing what has already been done, adjusting the pace, identifying necessary corrections, and ensuring decisions are being applied coherently before moving forward.
Peak
Reaching a new level of clarity and strategic vision, evaluating structure, growth demands, and decisions such as hiring, redistribution of roles, and the next steps of the business.
Valley
Consolidating what was built, stabilizing processes, adjusting the routine, and preparing the ground for the next growth cycle with greater security.

Expanding intentionally, sustaining growth based on the structure built, the decisions made, and clarity around the next cycle.
This is the complete Intrepidus journey, structured to be completed within up to 120 consecutive days. Within this period, sessions take place weekly or biweekly, along with the necessary deliverables, respecting your pace and your current moment, without extending the process beyond what was agreed upon, so the experience remains fair for both parties.

All sessions are live and online, with practical resources, recordings, documents, templates and support between meetings.
My choice to work one-on-one is intentional, because when there is real space for listening, analysis, and depth, decisions become more conscious and results more sustainable.
